This has been my favorite quote for quite a while. I love lots of quotes but this is one of my very favorites. Whenever some asks about having a favorite quote or a motto this is what comes to mind. I believe that having sunshine on your face is literally one of the best feelings in the world. But, it has a great symbolic meaning. If you are always looking for the good in things in life then the bad won't be quite as noticeable. It takes a lot of practice and even a lot of adjusting but is definitely possible. The more you work on it the more sunshine there will be in your life. That means that the shadows and darkness have to decrease.
